Privacy Policy

Who we are

Remedi is a product of Remedi Collective LLC, an Illinois limited liability company and a wholly owned subsidiary of All Engines Studio LLC. In this policy, "Remedi", "we" and "us" mean Remedi Collective LLC. You can reach us at support@allenginesstudio.com.

What this policy covers

This policy describes what we collect when you use Remedi at remedicollective.com, what we do with it, and what choices you have. It covers our text message program as well as the website and the application.

What we collect

Account information. Your name, work email address, and the practice or company you belong to. If you are a clinician, we also store your professional identifiers, such as your NPI and specialty, so that documents can carry your letterhead.

Mobile telephone numbers. If your practice takes part in our document confirmation program, your practice records your mobile number so that we can recognise you, and you enroll yourself by sending us a text message. We store the number your practice provided, the number your enrollment text arrived from, and the date and time you enrolled.

What you type into the tools. Remedi drafts letters from the clinical information you enter — procedure and diagnosis codes, clinical history, payer and denial reasons. We store the drafts we produce for you.

Usage information. Ordinary records of how the application is used, such as sign-in times and which tools were opened, kept so we can operate and secure the service.

Patient information

Remedi is built so that you do not need to give us patient identifiers. The tools ask you to replace a patient's name, date of birth, member number and claim number with initials or bracketed placeholders, and they say so on screen before you paste anything. You fill those identifiers in by hand after you export the document.

We do not ask for patient identifiers, and our text messages never contain them. If you enter them anyway, they are held under the same protections as the rest of your content and under whatever agreement your organization has with us.

Text messages

If you take part in the document confirmation program:

How you join. You send us a text message containing the word REMEDI from your own mobile telephone. Nobody can enroll you on your behalf. We reply once to confirm you are enrolled.

What we send. A message asking you to confirm that you have reviewed a document that is going out under your name, and a short message acknowledging your reply. Our messages name your practice and the kind of document. They never contain a patient's name or any other patient identifier.

How often. Message frequency varies, and depends on how many documents your practice sends for your confirmation.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message and we will not text you again. Reply HELP for help, or write to support@allenginesstudio.com. Leaving the text program does not affect your Remedi account.

We do not sell or rent your mobile telephone number, and we do not share it with any third party for that party's own marketing purposes. Your number is shared only with the telecommunications providers who carry our messages, and only so that a message can be delivered to you.

How we use what we collect

To operate the service, draft the documents you ask for, confirm documents with the clinician named on them, keep records your practice can rely on, secure the service against misuse, and communicate with you about your account.

What we share, and what we do not

We share information with the service providers who run the platform on our behalf — hosting, electronic mail delivery, text message delivery, and the providers of the language models that draft documents. They act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes.

We share information when the law requires it, and when a practice or company you belong to is entitled to see records about its own work.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Payer intelligence

Remedi improves by learning how particular payers respond to particular arguments. That learning is drawn from the outcomes of documents across the practices that use Remedi, and it is held in a form that does not identify a patient. It is what allows a small practice to benefit from what the network as a whole has learned. Your own records remain yours; see the Terms of Service.

How long we keep things

Account records are kept while your account is open. Drafts and confirmation records are kept for as long as your organization's agreement with us requires, because they are the record of who reviewed what and when. Records of a text enrollment or a request to stop are kept as long as we are required to be able to show that consent was given or withdrawn.

Security

We protect information with access controls, encryption in transit, multi-factor authentication on accounts, and restricted internal access. No system is perfect, and we do not claim otherwise.

Your choices

You can update your account details in the application, leave the text program at any time by replying STOP, and ask us what we hold about you by writing to support@allenginesstudio.com.

Children

Remedi is a tool for professionals. It is not directed at anyone under eighteen and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new effective date, and, if the change is significant, tell account holders directly.
